the mirror.

Sound familiar?

If any of this is you, keep reading.

P3 works for two types of people. Pick the one that sounds like you.

"I've been going to the gym for months and I still gas out by the second set — or the first few kilometers."

"My knee or shoulder is always acting up. I keep stopping my sport because of it, and it never fully goes away."

"I've been playing for years and I'm not improving. I train hard. I show up. Something is clearly missing."

"I'm new to the gym and have no idea where to start — everything I see online is bodybuilding, none of it is built for someone who plays a sport."

"I downloaded a program, did it for two weeks, then stopped — I wasn't sure it was right for what I do and no one was checking in on me."

"I've tried diets before — keto, intermittent fasting, calorie counting — and the weight always comes back."

"I'm active but I don't look like it. My body composition hasn't changed despite training consistently."

"I've heard about GLP-1s but I don't know if they're right for me, safe, or whether they'll work without proper support."

"I want to lose fat without losing my fitness or muscle — crash diets always leave me weaker and I gain it back anyway."

"I want to feel confident in how I look during my sport — not just perform well, but look the part too."

The real problem

The methods you've tried weren't wrong. They were built for someone else.

Problem 01

Generic downloaded programs

Templates — from influencers or AI — are written for the average person. They don't know your sport, your injury history, or your schedule. Without accountability, most people quit within two weeks. Nothing changes.

Problem 02

Gym PTs without S&C knowledge

Most personal trainers are trained in aesthetics and general fitness — not periodization, sport-specific load management, or injury rehab. Fine for looking better. Not enough for performing better.

Problem 03

Bodybuilding splits for an athletic body

Bro splits build muscle. They don't build athletic capacity. If you've been doing chest-and-back Monday and wondering why you're still slow or gassing out — that's why. They're different stimuli, and mixing them up is how athletes plateau.

Problem 04

Crash diets and fad nutrition

Extreme calorie cuts destroy performance and muscle, and the weight comes back once you stop. Sustainable physique change — especially for active people — requires proper fueling, not restriction. GLP-1s without medical oversight carry real risks. These things need structure.

How P3 works

What makes this different from everything else you've tried

01

Your program starts with your situation — not a template

Before you receive a single workout, we assess your training history, medical background, injury record, sport demands, and goals. What you get is a periodized program designed to build the right physical qualities at the right time — and to peak when it actually matters.

02

Evidence-based methodology from someone who has lived it

P3 is built on Sports Medicine and certified S&C principles — not broscience or trending content. The person writing your program is also a licensed MD, former pro and national team athlete, and certified S&C coach. The methodology is sound. The experience is real.

03

Medically guided nutrition — including GLP-1 support if relevant

Nutrition guidance is built into every P3 plan. For clients who are candidates for GLP-1 medication, Doc AJ provides full medical oversight — not a prescription handed over without context, but a structured protocol that protects performance, muscle, and long-term health alongside it.

Why Doc AJ

I've been exactly where you are.

I knew I should be training properly for my sport. I just didn't know how — so I did what most people do: downloaded programs, followed them for a couple of weeks, then stopped because I had no idea if they were right for me and no one was keeping me accountable.

  • I was lifting heavy, building a decent physique, and expecting my vertical to improve. It didn't. I was training the wrong things entirely.
  • After losing games locally because I was gassing out — despite putting in hours at the gym — I accepted I needed someone who understood both the sport and the science. I found that mentor, learned the principles, and eventually became an S&C coach myself.
  • Now I train with a structured mix of strength and conditioning. I'm consistently hitting gym PRs while my sport performance is actually improving — because both are finally aligned.
  • As a licensed MD with Sports Medicine training, I also understand nutrition at a clinical level — including how to use emerging tools like GLP-1s safely and effectively alongside physical training.

🥈 Silver · Spanish National Volleyball Tour

Wouter

Pro Beach Volleyball · Germany

Was training with standard bodybuilding splits and no sport-specific structure. Switched to a properly periodized P3 program timed around tournaments and recovery — went on to win silver at the Spanish national tour, feeling stronger and more athletic than at any prior point in his career.

⏱ −30 min race time · −10 kg in 4 months

Kalvin

Hyrox Athlete · Philippines

Lost 10 kg in four months without compromising performance. Through periodized S&C work built specifically for Hyrox, Kalvin cut approximately 30 minutes off his race time — and looks significantly leaner on the race floor.

💪 Shoulder rebuilt. Back on the court.

Gary

Amateur Basketball · Singapore

Came in with a shoulder injury that kept interrupting his game. The program incorporated structured rehab directly into main training — not as an afterthought. Gary is now playing with a significantly stronger and more stable shoulder.

If the program isn't right for you in the first 7 days, you don't pay for it.

Once you sign up and receive your program, you have 7 days to review it. If it doesn't feel genuinely built for your sport, your situation, and your goals — you'll get a full refund, no back and forth.

Meaningful improvement takes at least 4 weeks of consistent execution. What I can promise is that the program will be genuinely yours — not a template with your name on it.

Common questions

Answered honestly.

I'm not a competitive athlete. Is this still for me?

Yes. P3 works for anyone who plays or wants to play a sport — from someone doing their first Hyrox to a professional beach volleyball player. It also works for people whose primary goal is physique or fat loss. The program scales to your level and your goal. You don't need a competition schedule to benefit.

How much time does this require each week?

That depends on your schedule — and it's one of the first things established in your intake. Programs are built around the time you actually have. Most clients train 3–5 sessions per week, but this is adjusted based on your situation.

Do I need a full gym setup?

No. Your program is built around whatever equipment you have access to — commercial gym, home setup, or somewhere in between. You won't be given sessions requiring equipment you don't have.

I've tried programs before and quit. Why would this be different?

Accountability is the honest answer. When a program is genuinely built for you and someone is checking in on you, the main reason to quit disappears. Most people don't stop because they're lazy — they stop because they don't trust the program is right for them. When it clearly is, that changes.

What about GLP-1s — how does that work inside P3?

As a licensed MD, Doc AJ can assess whether GLP-1 medication is appropriate for you, provide proper prescribing and dosing oversight, and — critically — structure your training and nutrition around it to protect muscle mass and athletic performance. GLP-1s are a tool. Without the right structure around them, results are often short-lived. P3 provides that structure.

I have an existing injury. Can I still join?

Yes — and this is one of P3's strongest areas. Your intake captures your injury history, and rehab work is built into your main training from day one. Be upfront about your injury and it gets designed around properly.

How soon will I see results?

Expect early changes — better energy, improved movement, reduced joint discomfort — within the first 4 weeks. Significant, measurable performance or physique improvements take 3–4 months of consistent work. The 4-month plan exists for exactly that reason.

Is the monthly plan a contract?

No. Cancel anytime. The 4-month plan is a single payment for four months of coaching. No hidden fees, no automatic renewals.
