Nature of Services & Health Disclaimer

P3 provides non-medical fitness and wellness coaching services, including athletic fat-loss programming, training guidance, and accountability support. Our coaching is educational and motivational in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified medical doctor before beginning any exercise program, changing your nutrition, or acting on any recommendation provided through our services. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your personal capabilities.

Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our services. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Coaching is delivered through the ABC Trainerize platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ABC Trainerize credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Coaching subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew each cycle until cancelled.

We reserve the right to change our prices. Where a price change affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable prior notice before the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal or by written notice to us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access for the remainder of the paid period.

Because our services are digitally fulfilled and delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All programs, materials, videos, and content provided through P3 are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Andre Joseph Pareja Health and Wellness Consultancy Services.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own training. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our content in any form.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P3 and its owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services or your participation in any exercise or program. You acknowledge the inherent risks of physical training and accept full responsibility for your health decisions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
